Supplies

A one time $ 25.00 charge for supplies is to be paid at the time of registration per student.

Potential Additional Charges

In the event there are fewer than 15 students in a grade and parents wish to continue with the class, there may be additional fees than stated above.

Tuition Fees

Please note that the non-refundable deposits are a portion of the total annual fees payable. Please Note: Late payments are subject to administration charge of $25.00/month.

Registration placements are only guaranteed with completion and signing this financial agreement and submission of the deposit per family along with 3 post-dated cheques (dated for the 1st of September 2011, 1st of November 2011 and the 1st of January 2012.)

A $25.00 charge will be applied for NSF cheques. Following an NSF cheque all subsequent cheques must be certified.

Discounts, Dismissals & Withdrawals of Students

Places in Iqra Islamic School are for the entire school year, September to June. Parents, Guardians or others accepting financial responsibility are signing a binding contract. You are liable for the full yearly fees even if students are withdrawn during the school year.  The post-dated payment plan is intended only for the convenience of parents or guardians.  No refunds are given for holidays or absences.  Deposits are a part of the annual tuition and are not refundable. A discount of 5% will be given on a single one time annual payment.
